To guarantee functionality of the quality management system the company leadership fully commits to:

• in case of indication of customer’s unsatisfaction make fast and effectively corrective measures
• guarantee the required financial, material, personal and organization resources
• provide effective training, practice and seminar support so that everyone is able to fulfil quality politics requirements
• in relations to subcontractors enforce at least the same exigence of products and services quality as Lesostavby a.s. attests on business obligation dependences with customers
• orientate all meaningful business partners to our company quality politics
• acquire and keep such quality and prices level that assures prominent status on the market

Environmental policy of Lesostavby F-M a. s. attempts that all current activities, strategic steps and plans will always keep in view the positive benefits to environmental management and also permanent manners improvement of our company to environmental management.

We aim special attention to the area of waste treatment, land resources protection, air and water conservation. Our objective in this sphere is to ecologize all the activities, active approach to health protection and environment and permanent improvement of our company behaviour to environmental management.

We intend to acquire these principles especially by:

• preventive approach to entire environmental management problems, avoid of environment pollution by active executing of legislative demands valid for the area of environmental management, health and labour protection
• provide constant improvement in this area by increasing of personnel awareness about environmental management and labour protection
• information of employees about their working influences to environment
• consistent control over commodities, materials and energy management and waste prevention
• effort to equip the company with top-level technology

The management obliges to realize his policy through EMS aims and programs and to make this policy accessible to general public.

Occupational safety and health policy of Lesostavby Frýdek-Místek a.s.

The management of Lesostavby Frýdek-Místek a.s. attempts to ensure that our entire present activities, strategic steps and plans will keep in view the health and labour protection. Labour and health protection, formation of safe and health not endangering working conditions are part of the priorities to our company.

We aim special attention mainly to the area of labour protection, risk identification and reducing them. Our objectives in this field are active approach to staff health protection and constant improvement of our company in the sphere of occupational safety and health.

We intend to acquire these principles especially by:

1. implementation of occupational safety and health management system to integrated control system
2. certification of occupational safety and health management system due to OHSAS 18001 standards
3. ensure labour protection as a part of social-service work system
4. maintenance of employees and their deputies integration to setting and developing of occupational safety and health management system
5. employees leading and motivation to the sense of liability for health protection and either own safety or other persons

The management of the company obliges:

• occupational safety and health management policy put more precisely to valuable goals every year and generate workplace conditions to fulfil these objectives to all workers
